am i in labor?

those were the lovely pics of our new baby boy!! the ultrasound on tuesday went great. he's doing just fine and weighs in at a whole 5lbs!!! woo!

so wednesday night i started having contractions about 5:30ish, didn't think too much of until it was like 2 hours later and they still hadn't gone away and were getting stronger. i get them really strong about every 3 min for about 45 minutes, and i'd be curled up in the fetal position and i'd think "i should call my midwife now" and then they would stop, and i wouldn't get one for about 10-15 minutes. then it would start over. 45 minutes, get to the fetal position...then they'd stop. this went on until about 12 midnight. no fun. sooooo i'm thinking he could come soon b/c with sebastian i started going into labor with him at about 5 christmas eve, got to 3.5cm and then about 12 midnight, they stoped. the next morning i hadn't started so thats when they gave me pitosin. so i'm not sure exactly when i would have continued on my own. i have an apointment on thursday (the 30th) so we sould have a better idea (if he doesn't come before then) b/c they'll check if i'm dialated. well that's about it. for now. just thought i would let everyone know, that the newest Ringlein could be here sooner than we expect. :) or it could still be 3-4 more weeks... well hope all is well, we'll keep everyone updated. if i go into labor and i have your cell, you'll be getting a text. and then another with his pic and stats. so if i don't have your cell and you'd like to get it, just send me your number! love you all!!!
